I worked as a teacher for 6 years and taught everything from Mousy to Mysteries. This year I am an Academic Coordinator. I love the Kids&Us methodology and how children can learn English and have fun at the same time. When I'm not working I enjoy spending time with my family. See you soon!

  • Ambika (Academic Coordinator)

    Ambika (Academic Coordinator)

Hello! My name is Ambika and I work at the T&T school as an Academic Coordinator. I grew up in India and English was always a language that intrigued me as a child. I was able to attend an international school and through this experience I quickly became bilingual. I've been teaching at Kids&Us for five years and I've enjoyed every minute of it. I think the colourful teaching materials at Kids&Us are really fun make teaching a real pleasure as the classes are so creative and the children discover that learning can be a pleasure rather than a chore.

  • Gloria (Academic Coordinator)

    Gloria (Academic Coordinator)

Hello, my name is Gloria and I come from Italy. I've always had a great passion for foreign languages and cultures and that's why I opted for studying English at university. It amazes me how speaking English can open so many doors to wonderful places and different people! It broadens your mind and this is what I wish for the children at Kids&Us. In my free time I like spending time outdoor in the nature, doing yoga, cycling or sewing. Looking forward to meeting you!

  • Alexia (T&T Teacher & Academic Coordinator)

Alexia (T&T Teacher & Academic Coordinator)

Hi! My name is Alexia. I'm Belgian and I always loved studying languages. Being able to change languages makes me feel like a magician. I studied Languages and Literature and then Journalism, but I always loved explaining things to others. I speak French, English, and Spanish, but I also studied German and Russian. I started teaching at Kids&Us in Stockel in 2019 and I had the opportunity to see with my own eyes how kids learn the language and make progress. I am personnally convinced by the Kids&Us method, and I see how children have fun and enjoy the lessons.

  • Alice (B&K Teacher)

    Alice (B&K Teacher)

Hi! My name is Alice and I'm from Belgium. I studied languages (German and English) and I hold a Master’s degree in translation. I started teaching at Kids&Us three years ago. I have always been keen on learning foreign languages and speak French, English, German and I’m currently learning Spanish. I love teaching because it gives me the chance to include my passion in my job: theatre. Teaching is like performing on a stage; it’s a real challenge because you constantly have to keep the children’s attention and often improvise as well. It’s always very stimulating and fun! I am particularly fond of the Kids&Us teaching method because it is very efficient, innovating and fun at the same time!

  • Dieko (T&T Teacher)

    Dieko (T&T Teacher)

Hello! My name is Dieko and I am a British National living in Belgium. After finishing my Masters degree in Media Arts from Brunel University UK, I had many years experience in media and documentary practice. I obtained my Celta Certificate from the Lttb Center in Brussels and began teaching at Summer camps in Canterbury and London UK. This is my second year at Kids&Us teaching Tweens & Teens courses which I really enjoy because the energy and curiosity of my students keeps me motivated to come up with more ideas to make our lessons fun and interesting.

  • Lisa (B&K Teacher)

    Lisa (B&K Teacher)

Hello! My name is Lisa. I grew up near the beautiful Flemish town of Ghent, where I started my language journey as a translation student about 7 years ago. • Katherine (T&T Teacher)

    Katherine (T&T Teacher)

Hello! My name is Katherine and I’m from the US. My passion has always been languages and, after moving to Edinburgh to study linguistics, I knew I wanted to teach English as a foreign language. I am a strong believer in the importance of learning a second (or third or fourth!) language and love working with children. Seeing their enthusiasm and watching them thrive in a natural language learning setting is what I love most about working with Kids and Us. I enjoy learning about new cultures and love cooking, boxing, and board games.

  • Windika (B&K Teacher)

    Windika (B&K Teacher)

Hi there! I'm Windika and I'm originally from Belgium but I grew up in Southern Africa, learning English alongside my mother tongue, French, as well as acquiring Portuguese and Afrikaans along the way. I am the proof in the pudding when it comes to the success of learning a language through natural acquisition! For this reason, I find great value and confidence in the Kids&Us method. I love being part of the development (and amusement) of kids! Other things that I am passionate about are environmental education, sustainable design, art and culture. I am an explorer and adventurer, an avid rock climber and a dancer. This is my second year with Kids&Us and this year I am participating in the adventures of Sam, Emma, Oliver and Pam&Paul.

  • Angels (B&K Teacher)

    Angels (B&K Teacher)

Hello! My name is Àngels and I am from Barcelona, although my heart belongs to the beautiful city of Leuven, in Belgium. I'm a primary education teacher, and I have been teaching foreign languages for the last few years. I really love how discovering new languages makes us so much richer and open to new experiences. What I love the most in my free time (when it’s safe!) is travelling around the world and meeting people from other places. I think that being a teacher is the greatest gift that one could ever get, because it gives you the chance to have a life full of special moments and discoveries.

  • Keisi (Teacher)

    Keisi (Teacher)

Hello! My name is Keisi and I come from Albania. I am currently studying Political Sciences in Brussels and I am really curious about human behaviour and cultures. This is my second year at Kids&Us and I teach Emma, Oliver and Pam&Paul. The thing I love the most about working with children is how they reflect their positive energy back to me, so by the end of each lesson I am always more refreshed and happy than before. Because of their curiosity and enthusiasm about everything, the way I approach the world has changed by looking at everything like a little adventure.

  • Angela (T&T Teacher)

    Angela (T&T Teacher)

My name is Angela. I am British and have lived my entire life in the South-West of England... until now! I completely understand the joy and frustration from learning a new language. However the incredible Kids&Us methodolgy means that the students learn in such a fun way they don't even notice it happening. When I'm not working, doing my French homework or spending time with my family, I love cycling around my neighbourhood trying to spot things I haven't noticed before.

    Hana (B&K Teacher)

Hello, my name is Hana! I grew up in Sydney, Australia, while my family are originally from Bosnia. I studied psychology and linguistics, and am particularly interested in infant language development, bilingualism, and speech perception. This is my second year working with Kids&Us, and this year I’ll be teaching Sam, Emma, Oliver and Basic 1 & 2. My favourite part of teaching is watching the children’s confidence and personalities grow. In my spare time, I love hiking or reading a book in a cosy cafe!
